Lasertec operates a range of laser cutting machines and services. The machines are able to handle any laser cutting capacity from single parts to volume production. Our operation team have mastered laser cutting on a range of material types and thicknesses. We provide laser profiling for a wide variety of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Laser cutting provides the customer great laser profiling quality. CNC (computer numerical control) technology is used to process the most complex 3 dimensional shapes and can easily include bevel cuts, weld preps and other angled profiles up to 60 degrees. Our CNC CO2 laser cutting machines are running 24 hours a day. Our state-of-the-art laser machines are able to handle sheet sizes up to 19mm for mild steel, 12mm for stainless steel and 8mm for aluminium. Our machines can handle a maximum sheet size of 5ft by 10ft.
As a service provider that have a strong focus on quality, we ensure all our products are completed with highest level of accuracy. We focus on precision cutting of complex geometries with close feature-to-feature positioning, such as small holes or narrow slot arrays with close tolerances.
